Metron Exercise Tubing

Metron Exercise Tubing can be used with ROM exercises to provide resistance and a resultant increase in strength. Without a doubt there are a lot of positives for using resistance tubes in your rehabilitation. You can adjust the resistance to what you need and you are able to isolate specific necessary muscles.  In addition it can be used to perform a variety of upper and lower extremity exercises.  Exercise Tubing offers an inexpensive and portable way to get a full-body, strength-training workout at home or on the road.

As is often the case, the simplest tools are often the very best for your health.   Great For those times when you just can’t make it to the gym.  To use, simply cut a length from the roll and tie a knot to form a loop.  The knot can be undone easily to change the length or size of the loop.  Also it is important to warm up for five to 10 minutes and gently stretch the muscles you will be working. For beginners, it is best to do one set of 12 to 15 repetitions.
